Authority comes
from the work.

Source-led research. A defined assessment model. Human review recorded against the version being published. Each stage has a distinct job.

01 / COLLECT

Build the source file.

Record the source, observation date, specific claim and permitted use. Separate public statements from independent evidence.

02 / ASSESS

Apply a consistent model.

Use a defined market, property category and period. Assess the same dimensions across eligible candidates.

03 / REVIEW

Record practitioner sign-off.

A real reviewer approves a specific evidence version or requests changes. Research changes require another review.

04 / PUBLISH

Show what the evidence supports.

The scoring gate returns a number only after evidence, eligibility and version-matched approval are complete.

Current edition: the team index contains reference profiles and source links. Complete scoring packets and individual human approvals are not recorded for these profiles, so numerical performance scores are not published.
RESEARCH, NOT REPUTATION BY DESIGN

What sits behind
a credible ranking?

A defined question. Comparable evidence. A traceable assessment. A recorded human review.

Our five-dimension model is implemented. Numerical results are withheld until the evidence and approval requirements are met; the current profiles are not scored performance rankings.

REPR Research Desk is the publication’s organizational byline. Research preparation may use automated collection, AI-assisted drafting and structured checks. Those methods help organize information; they do not create an independent credential, a client testimonial or proof of sales performance.

A first-party team website can support a statement about its published identity or service positioning. Transaction outcomes, review aggregates and professional credentials require evidence appropriate to those claims. Missing observations remain unknown.

Human review is an event, not a decorative badge.

The editorial workflow is designed for the operating team to manually review research and for practitioners to re-read changes. A public “human reviewed” status must correspond to a recorded reviewer, review date, model version and the fingerprint of the evidence approved.

A deployment or automated test does not count as that approval. Neither does a general statement that research will be reviewed. The current approval register is empty; this edition does not imply that every reference profile has completed practitioner sign-off.

No preferred-position input.

The implemented scoring function accepts eligibility checks, dimension-level observations and a human approval. It does not accept a team’s name, a desired ranking, a commercial relationship or a payment as a scoring input.

Before a score can be released, the record needs a current roster check, a licensing check, a comparable measurement period and accepted evidence for every dimension. Approval must match the model and evidence version. A missing requirement returns no score.

The weights are a research rubric, not a validated prediction of client outcomes. A documentation or visibility measure must not be described as a sales-performance ranking. The assessment rubric and the underlying evidence require validation before any claim of comparative performance.

Coverage is part of the result.

This team edition covers ten markets and three selected reference profiles in each. It is not a census of all teams in Canada. Editorial inclusion rules and commercial relationships can affect the research set, so readers should not assume universal coverage or institutional independence.

Reference profiles appear alphabetically. That order is not a ranking. The site does not claim a live national monitoring service, a complete licence audit or an external accreditation process.

Read ownership and relationships.

A research file should be correctable.

Submit the specific statement, the proposed correction and the source that supports it. A profile submission does not establish a performance result. Material evidence changes should receive a new review before a reviewed score is republished.
