The review process is designed to keep profile pages useful for consumers while giving agents and brokerages a clear way to correct or improve their information.

We confirm who submitted it

Claims and updates are reviewed for a clear relationship to the agent, team, or brokerage before profile changes are made.

We check the supporting details

Service areas, specialties, brokerage details, and contact information are compared against public links or submitted proof.

We protect profile integrity

Copied bios, copied photos, unsupported rankings, and unauthorized review text are not published.

Approved updates are labelled

Published profiles can show claimed, verified, source-supported, or sponsored labels so consumers understand what they are seeing.

What we will and will not publish

Agents can claim a profile to update service areas, specialties, links, and contact details.

Consumers and brokerages can suggest corrections when something looks outdated or incomplete.

Sponsored placements are reviewed separately and will always be clearly labelled.

Abstract avatars are used until a permission-cleared agent photo is submitted.
