Best Canadian Real Estate Agents operates at BestRealEstateAgents.ca. When you request an agent introduction, we collect your name, email, phone number and the move details you choose to provide, including location, property type, budget, timing and notes.

With your consent, Best Canadian Real Estate Agents and REPYYC use those details to respond by email or phone and discuss real estate representation. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Contact details and move briefs are not published on the site.

Claim, correction, contact, advertising and agent nomination forms may also collect brokerage information, source URLs, supporting notes and permission records. We use these to handle the specific request.

Public agent information is published only when it is submitted, source-backed, permission-cleared, or editorially reviewed. Private proof details are used for verification and are not intended for public display.

Our service providers support hosting and secure form delivery, contact management and internal email alerts. These services include Cloudflare, HighLevel and Resend. They may process information outside Canada. We also record the originating page and available campaign/referral information to understand where requests come from.

We do not sell submitted claim or correction information. We retain requests as needed to respond, manage the related relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Agents and consumers can request correction or removal review through the correction process. Rights and attribution concerns are prioritized.
