Best Canadian Real Estate Agents provides editorial profiles, selections and comparison information. The publication is not a licensing body, real estate board, brokerage, regulator, legal adviser or financial adviser. Its content and recognition do not guarantee agent performance or a transaction outcome.

Selections express the publication’s editorial view within their stated scope. The publication is affiliated with some featured practices; ownership and relationships are disclosed here.

Engaging a professional.

Before engaging an agent, verify current licensing, the services offered, fees and the terms of the proposed agreement. Using the website or requesting an introduction does not itself create a representation agreement. Property-specific legal, financial and technical advice should come from the appropriately qualified professional.

Accurate, authorized submissions.

Submitted profile information must be accurate, lawful and supported by appropriate sources. Submit original biographies, authorized photographs and attributable testimonials only when you have permission to provide them. Awards, rankings and transaction claims must include support for the particular claim.

Submissions and correction requests are subject to editorial review. A submission does not guarantee publication, recognition or a particular position in a feature.

Advertising and placement.

Paid advertising must be clearly identified. Advertising does not guarantee profile approval, an editorial ranking, endorsement, lead volume or placement in comparison features.
