Reviews can be useful, but copied review text creates legal, attribution, and trust problems. This platform stores review and testimonial records in a rights-aware table and displays excerpts only when the record is permitted.
Display rules
No full review dumps from third-party platforms.
No copied Google review text without proper rights, attribution, and display permission.
No unattributed testimonials.
No fake review excerpts, fake ratings, or fake review counts.
Every displayable excerpt must include source name, source URL, date accessed, rights status, display permission, attribution requirements, attribution text, and is_displayable status.
Aggregate ratings or review schema appear only when compliant, verifiable, and authorized.
Submit a permission-cleared testimonial
Use the agent submission or correction workflow and include permission details, source URL, attribution text, and whether the testimonial was submitted by the agent, brokerage, or client.
