Rights-aware reviews

Review and testimonial policy

Reviews can be useful when attribution, rights, and source context are handled carefully. This platform uses a rights-aware review policy and displays excerpts only when the record is permitted.

Display rules

Short excerpts require display rights, attribution, and source context.
Google review text requires proper rights, attribution, and display permission.
Testimonials need attribution or permission context.
Ratings and review counts require verifiable supporting records.
Every displayable excerpt must include source name, source URL, date accessed, rights status, display permission, attribution requirements, attribution text, and is_displayable status.
Aggregate ratings or review schema appear only when compliant, verifiable, and authorized.

Submit a permission-cleared testimonial

Use the agent submission or correction workflow and include permission details, source URL, attribution text, and whether the testimonial was submitted by the agent, brokerage, or client.
