Terrie Dunand: The city beyond the property

Regina as a place to belong

An agent can know the inventory and still leave the city itself out of the conversation. Terrie Dunand's public professional story gives Regina a wider role. Her biography places her with RE/MAX Crown Real Estate and describes an interest in the city's theatre, music, restaurants and community organisations. The connection is useful editorially because choosing a home is also choosing where everyday life will happen. Our spotlight looks at that local identity alongside the professional record, rather than translating enthusiasm for a place into an unsupported claim about results.

A documented cultural connection

Dunand’s Regina story also has a cultural thread. The Art Gallery of Regina’s spring 2025 newsletter names her as a sponsor of its Outside the Box exhibitions, while her biography describes involvement with local charitable organisations. A named exhibition gives that connection some character. It offers a glimpse of a professional life that extends beyond the listings and into the city around them.

The useful small details

In an October 8, 2026 Instagram caption, Dunand encourages home hunters to look beyond an attractive kitchen and consider layout, condition, location and storage. It is a useful reminder: the room that wins the photograph is only one part of the home you will live in.

Why she belongs in the spotlight

Dunand’s story brings together a personal real estate practice and a Regina life that extends beyond listings. The cultural connections give the introduction character; her practical advice gives readers something to carry into their next viewing. The full profile offers a closer look at both.
